This CR1220 3V Button Cell Battery is normally called the coin cell as the size and shape is similar to a coin. Besides, the code CR1220 tells us the diameter and height of the cell. The diameter is 12mm whereas the height is 2mm. It looks small and thin, but it is capable of delivering an output voltage of 3V (nominal). For devices where traditional batteries cannot be used, Lithium Coin CR1220 has a proven track record.
