The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, sorting, quality check and packaging. All orders received for on-Stock items on or before 12NN cut-off are processed to be ready to ship by end of day. Orders received after 12NN will be processed on the next working day. If there are special requests or changes in the order, processing time may extend to 2-3 days. For pre-order of non-stock items, processing time extends between 1 to 3 weeks.

2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Deliveries within Davao City are made on the same day for orders on or before cutoff. For urban areas in the Philippines like Metro Manila, Cebu, and other major cities, items usually take between 1 to 4 days to arrive. For other locations that are remote or hard to access, delivery can take longer between 3 to 10 days so please be patient. For these areas, we suggest to consider pick-up at the nearest LBC or JRS branch instead of door-to-door delivery to receive your order faster.

For shipping within the Philippines, our main shipping carriers are LBC and JRS as they have wider national coverage. We also use other couriers like J&T and NinjaVan (or other) when it is more practical for speedier deliveries or easier for COD.

For international orders, we use DHL, EMS, or Postal Service as carriers.

Our main delivery coverage is within the Philippines. But we also ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.



We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order due to factory defect, damaged upon receipt, or if you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at no later than 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (such as batteries, solutions for etching, and chemicals). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes, we accept pre-orders for special item requests that are new or needs special requirements. Lead times will usually take between 1 to 3 weeks.  There are no rush orders for pre-orders.
