Shipping policy
At CreateLabz Store, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in the Philippines. Every day, we deliver to tens and hundreds of customers across the country ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, sorting, quality check and packaging. All orders received for on-Stock items on or before 12NN cut-off are processed to be ready to ship by end of day. Orders received after 12NN will be processed on the next working day. If there are special requests or changes in the order, processing time may extend to 2-3 days. For pre-order of non-stock items, processing time extends between 1 to 3 weeks.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Deliveries within Davao City are made on the same day for orders on or before cutoff. For major cities in the Philippines, items usually take between 1 to 5 days to arrive. For other locations that are remote or hard to access, delivery can take longer between 3 to 15 days so please be patient. For these areas, we suggest to consider pick-up at the nearest LBC or JRS branch instead of door-to-door delivery to receive your order faster.
- Express Deliveries via LBC and JRS are usually faster (delivery within a few days to 1 week) depending on location. COD/COP deliveries usually take longer (within 1 to 2 weeks).
Our main shipping couriers are LBC and JRS as they have wider national coverage. But we also use other couriers like J&T and NinjaVan (or other) when it is more practical for speedier deliveries.
We accept different payment options like:
- Credit/Debit card
- Paypal or Payoneer
- Bank deposit / transfer on BPI or BDO
- GCash or Paymaya
- Pera Padala on LBC, Palawan, ML, Cebuana, RD
- COD (Cash on Delivery)
- COP (Cash on Pickup)
